Borrowing Materials From Other Ontario College of Applied Arts

Direct "Do It Yourself" borrowing is here. For the first time Sheridan students, faculty and staff can borrow in person from any Ontario College of Applied Arts. For details see Direct Borrowing Agreement

Materials not available in the Library may be obtained from other institutions. The Library lends and borrows material from network of affiliated libraries and other institutions. This service is available for Sheridan College students, faculty and staff only.  Any fees charged by the lending library are passed on to the borrower. Interlibrary loan is usually done by mail, so materials will take at least one week to arrive.

Requests can be made online by completing the following Form or in person by filling out an Interlibrary Request Form. We will attempt to obtain your loan at the lowest possible cost. Please indicate $ amount that you are willing to pay.  Please provide as much information as possible.

Under the Fair Dealing, materials provided through Interlibrary Loan may only be used for research, private study, review, criticism or news reporting.
