Share a memory from Sheridan
“Walking in on the first day, wondering what I had gotten myself into.
“A member of the Student Union (SU) approached me to get involved. I declined, and focused on getting used to my new place of study. Who would have known that by that individual introducing herself and the SU to me it would create a fire of passion to get involved. (In the following years) I was elected to numerous positions within the SU and completed my tenure with two terms as president.
“I am forever grateful and fortunate to have done what I did at Sheridan and to have been supported everyday by such a tremendous mass of exceptional people.
“My career was born at Sheridan.”

“Doug Green and Mary Kanko. What can I say? They possessed a breadth of knowledge and fabulous experiences which they incorporated into their teachings. I would be in their classes all over again.”
What advice would you give a Sheridan student?
“When you are in the halls (and people are) asking (you) to get involved, do it! It could change your life.”
