Astana Millennium Project
Acres International recently made a presentation to the President of Kazakhstan about building an overpass, which would provide a thoroughly modern engineering solution to the Millennium Garden Corridor in the recently decreed new capital, Astana.
Special steps were taken to make sure that the client could properly visualize the finished structure, in situ. Acres called for help from VDI in preparing a 3D simulation of both a flyover and walkthrough of the existing Millennium Corridor and the surrounding buildings, with the proposed new bridge in place.
This presentation was successful because it allowed the client to visualize the bridge from many angles. The client could also appreciate how aesthetically pleasing the proposed bridge is for the setting. The presentation was successful and Acres got the contract.
