Think Pink at Sheridan

Think Pink kicks off at Sheridan on Monday, January 25 and will run until Friday, January 29. Think Pink t-shirts will be available for sale for $10 each; they will be available all week.  You will find them at Davis in The Career Centre and at Trafalgar Road in the Grassroots office, located in the B-wing, beside security.

All fundraising efforts will be directed to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and The Canadian Red Cross in support of both Cancer Research and Haiti Relief efforts.

Activities will include:
Monday, January 25
Kick off for the event
*Think Pink cake will be for sale, for a small donation of your choice at Trafalgar Road and Davis)
*How pink is the Library contest - all week (Trafalgar Road)
*Balloon pop - Library (Davis)
*Counselling Services peer mentors will be conducting hallway outreaches with information, contests and prizes (Trafalgar Road)

Tuesday, January 26
*Health Services will be having a "pink cupcake" sale and raffle draw, including two tickets to a Maple Leafs game (Leafs vs. Flyers) (Trafalgar Road)
*Counselling and Disability Services (Davis) conducting activities such as PINK-O, Cancer Punch Out, Target the Cure (dart game), Raffle and prizes and pink cupcake decorating
*Make your own pink ribbon - Library (Davis)
*Student Advisement will conduct a raffle and sweets giveaway (Davis)

Wednesday, January 27
* Pink manicures, conducted by students in the Esthetician program will be available for a small donation (Trafalgar Road)
* Co-op Services will be holding a "Think Pink Cake Sale" (Trafalgar Road)
• Think Pink Quiz - Library (Davis)

Thursday, January 28
* Student Advisement Centre will be at the Information Booth (Trafalgar Road)
* The Sheridan Career Centre will be offering cotton candy (Trafalgar Road and Davis)
* Disability Services will have a 50/50 Draw, a mug & cookie sale, and entertainment by PM Sarah Louise!
* How Pink is the Library (Davis)

Friday, January 29
* Pink manicures, conducted by students in the Esthetician program will be available for a small donation (Trafalgar Road)
*Grand prize draw - Library (Davis)

The Annual Think Pink Basketball Games will take place at the Davis Campus on Saturday, February 6 versus the Mohawk College Mountaineers. Women tip off at 4 p.m. followed by the men at 6 p.m. Come on out the cheer on the Bruins!
